Choosing your evening shirt
There are occasions when one must know how to be elegant. When you are invited to a New Year's Eve, a birthday or a wedding of course, but also during gala evenings, graduations or even better outings at the opera. For those who are used to such events, this is not a particular problem. But most of us rarely have the opportunity to put ourselves on their 31. So, here we will try to give you some advice so as not to make an odd one.
For all occasions mentioned above, we advise you to wear a suit. We will avoid any fantasy to fall back on classic choices. A black, brown or gray suit will do just fine. Discreet, elegant and everywhere, these three types of costumes are the most widespread. They have the advantage of matching easily and associating without difficulty the various accessories that must be added:
The right accessories to match with your evening dress
-Perfectly polished city shoes, which one will choose black with a suit black or gray and brown with a brown suit.
-A leather belt that will also be chosen in black or brown to match the color of the suit and shoes.
-A silk tie that one will take care to wear with a knot that suits the collar of his shirt. Windsor knot for a wide collar, small knot for a small collar. If your shirt is plain, you can choose a patterned tie, taking care not to pour into something too fanciful, if your shirt has patterns, tiles or stripes, then you will have to opt for a solid tie. In all cases, we will choose a tie of a shade darker than the shirt, to create a pleasant contrast.
- A bow tie that can be worn with a shirt with a traditional collar if you want to give a touch of originality to its look, but which will be essential if you opt for a shirt with a broken collar. One will then choose a bow tie of the most classic, simply black.

Indeed it would be quite hazardous to wear anything other than a beautiful shirt under a suit on special occasions. And it is here that the choice is somewhat complicated. First, two simple common sense tips. Under a curved outfit we will wear a curved shirt, and a straight cut shirt with a suit similarly cut. If you wear a striped suit, adopt a plain shirt. If your suit, and this is the most widespread case, is plain, you can wear it with a patterned shirt that will then be discreet or striped. If you are not an enlightened fashion lover, we will always advise you to opt for suits and plain shirts that will always be easier to marry with the rest of your wardrobe and therefore to reuse on occasion. Once heard, it remains that the choice in terms of shirt is always plethoric.
